At the logistics fair LogiMAT (March 8 - 10, 2016) the specialist in mobile telematics solutions TIS GmbH presents the newly developed TISLOG mobile apps as well as a solution for the automatic pre-disposition of delivery and collection orders in the field in TISLOG office. In addition, TIS shows professional vehicle cradles and handles from their own production for devices of the latest generation. Find new TISPLUS accessories at the booth, such as a Snap-On adapter with transponders for the industry-ready Zebra TC75. With the transponder, for example, video surveillance systems of DIVIS GmbH can be accessed. TIS and DIVIS have joined presentations in Hall 7 at Stand A05.

New module developments for TISLOG office enable automated pre-disposition of pick-ups and deliveries, which are primarily intended for groupage turnover. The system is based on a network plan, in which the available vehicles and the known restrictions of delivery and collection addresses are stored. Thus TISLOG office can assign large amounts of shipments to individual trucks and check existing deadlines in advance. "The solution detects when delivery deadlines can not be met due to restrictions and displays this instantly,” explains TIS CEO Peter Giesekus. For recurring collection orders rules can be set. Via an interface TISLOG office can be connected to existing shipping software.
With the new TISLOG mobile apps for Android TIS provides sophisticated alternatives to the tried and tested solutions based on Windows Mobile. The apps provide all functionalities for integrated order management and are being expanded bit by bit with other applications. Here TIS benefits from the approximately 30 years of experience with mobile telematics.

For data-handling TIS offers two concepts: In TISLOG mobile Enterprise, the terminal has its own database and can also work in offline mode. In TISLOG mobile Smart at no time data is stored on the mobile device. For testing TIS provides demo versions of the apps.
With regard to hardware, customers can choose from the available mobile devices with Android operating system - either commercial smartphones or industrial grade touch computers, such as the new Zebra TC75 or the Honeywell Dolphin CT50. Both units are part of the proven TISWARE hardware portfolio and can be examined at the stand.

For the new Zebra TC75 also the TISPLUS accessory portfolio is being expanded by related accessories, especially an additional housing for the integration of transponders. The integrated transponder is the key for video surveillance in cargo handling facilities. The position of the TC75 can be detected by the positioning system of the transfer station by means of the transponder allowing each scan to be allocated accurately to the sight of a camera. The recordings of the cameras are equipped with a "digital stamp" including the time of scanning and tracking number. An interface between the video system and forwarding software provides the relevant shipment data.
In May 2015 TIS had completely restructured their product range. Under the name TISLOG Logistics & Mobility the mid-sized family business provides a modular solution kit for small, medium and large businesses, which is constantly evolving.
